Joshua Coutts, Geographer

Joshua Coutts is a geographer with the Geography Division of the U.S. Census Bureau for 18 years. His primary work focus has been on statistical geography (tracts, block groups, CDPs, and PUMAs), tribal geography, and the Island Areas. His current focus is on the Grids Project. He’s a Maryland native, but currently working from home in Fairfax, VA.
