Hilton Arlington National Landing
The NSGIC Board of Directors, Conference Committee, and staff are looking forward to heading back to Arlington, VA for the 2026 NSGIC Midyear Meeting to be held February 22-26.

A full meeting registration includes access to live plenary sessions, Fed Day content, on-demand recordings, conference mobile app and networking events. To register, you will need to be logged into your NSGIC account.

NSGIC has secured a group block of rooms for our attendees at the Hilton Arlington National Landing, where the meeting will be held. Thank you for booking your hotel room through the NSGIC block; it allows NSGIC to keep registration fees as low as possible and negotiate lower room rates for our participants. Group rates start at $189 plus tax (under per diem).
NSGIC attendees will receive the discounted overnight parking rate of $20.
Register for the Midyear Meeting to receive the hotel booking link! If you need to book your hotel prior to registering for the event, please reach out to ashley.sievert@nsgic.org.
The last day for guaranteed hotel block pricing is January 30, while rooms last!
For the 2026 NSGIC Midyear Meeting we will not be soliciting abstracts for plenary content. The meeting will follow a workshop based format to include topics of interest from our committees and working groups. Fed Day will consist of presentations from our federal partners.
Don’t forget about the always popular, Sticker Swap! Bring some stickers from your organization to share with others. There will be an area setup near registration to drop off and pick up. Take a few, leave a few!

For NSGIC state representatives faced with funding challenges, NSGIC offers limited conference grants to fully or partially cover reasonable travel expenses, hotel accommodations, and/or conference registration fees.

The closest Metrorail station to the Hilton Arlington National Landing hotel is the Crystal City Metro Station which is about a 15 minute walk or roughly a 3 minute drive/Uber ride.
The Metrorail system has six color-coded rail lines: Red, Orange, Silver, Blue, Yellow, and Green. The layout of the system makes it possible to travel between any two stations with no more than a single transfer.
If you’re driving, look for the large Metro signs to direct you to stations. Look for tall brown columns with a large “M” identifying the station entrances. Colored stripes around the column show which lines serve the station. View the Metrorail System Map.
To determine the fare between two stations, visit your starting station’s page and use the Metrorail Fares fare finder in the middle of the page. For fares on trips that involve trains and buses, use our Trip Planner. SmarTrip® card users get the lowest fares. See the SmarTrip® box on the right to learn more.
