The USGS National Geospatial Program continues to refine their vision of a 3D National Topography Model (3DTNM) including plans for the next generation of hydrography and elevation data. To promote this vision, and solicit input, USGS has developed a draft The 3D National Topography Model Call for Action Part 1: 3D Hydrography Program document and has requested that NSGIC members review and respond with comments.
